SYNOPSIS Adapted from Charles Addams' cartoons, The Addams Family features the Addams, a rather eccentric family with a taste for all things gothic, as they receive some very shocking news; their daughter is dating someone normal. The play kicks off with the Addams inviting the Beinekes over for dinner after Wednesday Addams, a gothic and unique young teen, and Lucas Beineke, a young teen crazy about Wednesday, fall in love. The families are certainly in for an interesting night, complete with a seemingly fun game after dinner. What could go wrong? Will the Addams be angry when they find out a member of the Beinekes, the normal and bland family from Ohio, has proposed to a member of their family? What hidden secrets will be revealed?
