A guided salt cave experience using gentle breathwork, simple movement, and stillness to help
open the airways, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling clearer-headed, lighter in
your body, and breathing better.
In this 45-minute guided session, you’ll use breathwork to gently open the lungs and settle the
breath, self-massaging lymphatic techniques for the head and neck to support the body’s natural
clearing process, and a guided meditation designed to help the body release tension.
