Health & Wellness Sampler Event – Vendor Invitation 

Michelle Urban of Chardon Integrated Wellness and Candice Zinner of Salty Salt Cave are excited to announce the 2025 Health & Wellness Sampler Event, a community gathering scheduled for Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM on Chardon Square. 

This event is open to the public and welcomes all community members to explore a wide range of wellness offerings. We are inviting wellness-focused businesses to join us by renting a vendor space. This is a great opportunity to showcase your services or products in person, directly to residents and visitors alike. We're especially seeking vendors who can provide a service or sample—something interactive and engaging—rather than just hand out brochures. 

Event Details: 

Date: Sunday August 17, 2025 

Time: 10 AM – 2 PM (Setup: 8 – 9:30 AM) 

Location: Chardon Square 

Early Bird Pricing: \$150 (available through July 25) 

Standard Pricing: \$175 (after July 25; final deadline August 17) 

Vendor Requirements: 

Tent * Table * Chairs * Logo submission via email * Product and service sales are allowed
