Join the Chamber for a relaxed but informative Lunch + Learn to discuss how to stay fit/healthy with a busy schedule – manageable applications in a rapid moving society with Julia Ingalls of Y.E.S. Fitness & Wellness  All are welcome. Fitness is for everyone, including those who might be new to it!

There is no registration fee for this very small group* setting but you will have the opportunity to order lunch at your leisure. Doors will be open at 11:30a and allow for a little networking before the presentation begins at 12p. 

You will: 

o Learn how to make time for YOU 

o Move past negative messaging 

o Recover from workout lapses 

o Be presented with stats and tangible activities you can do now 

o Understand and apply foundational nutrition strategies 

o Learn how to use "SMART" goals to measure your progress 

o Walk away with resources to start and continue your wellness journey throughout 2024! 

Bio: Julia has had a passion for health and wellness since her early high school years. Enjoying a creative side, as well, Julia graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in Dance w/teacher certification and minor in the social sciences. Her time in the dance program fueled her desire to learn more about the human anatomy. Subsequently, she graduated from the Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, Mi. with a 1,000 hr Massage Therapy Certification. Enjoying that work in a health club environment, Julia became certified in personal training through ACE Fitness, as well as becoming a YogaFit and Powerhouse Pilates Instructor, which she continues to teach. Today, Julia operates Y.E.S. Fitness & Wellness based out of Chardon with services also available online and manages/personal trains at Snap Fitness in Chardon. You might also see her out and about playing with the musical duo, Goldie Rox and the Dawg!
