Come to The West Woods, Nature Center. Have a pile of empty camp gas canisters laying around? Want to recycle them, but you’re not sure how? Bring in your old empty 100-to-450-gram Isobutane/butane propane canisters or 1-pound propane cylinders anytime during program hours and we’ll have the tools to help YOU vent and puncture those canisters so they are ready to be safely recycled. Max 12 canisters per person, please. No registration required. Wheelchair/stroller accessible.
