Description

Aerial yoga is a strengthening style where we use a swing suspended from the ceiling as our prop! 

It can help a student find proper alignment in all of their favorite poses. 

While inverting and hanging are a part of aerial yoga, there is no need to flip over until you feel comfortable and ready. 

There are plenty of poses to be done with the swing without ever flipping over. 

Aerial yoga can help with many daily ailments that so many of us struggle with - hip pain, back pain, high blood pressure, sciatica pain, digestion, emotions, stress, circulation and spinal health, to name a few.

Allowing the body to hang upside down helps reverse the effects of gravity on our spine and increases space between our vertebrae, potentially easing back pain. 

Hanging and stretching using the swing can help open the hips and ease tightness and pain from sitting for long periods of time. 

This style of aerial yoga has handles at different levels to assist in poses.
