* Understanding ALICE: Delve into the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) data to comprehend the challenges faced by working individuals in Geauga County. 

* Navigating 2-1-1 Services: Learn about the 2-1-1 helpline, a free and confidential service connecting employees to essential resources like housing, food assistance, and mental health support. 

* Collaborative Community Efforts: Discover partnerships with organizations such as Ravenwood Health, Catholic Charities, and Next Step that address issues impacting your workforce, including mental health, food insecurity, and housing. 

* Bridges@Work 

* Veteran Support Programs: Gain insights into the Help2Veterans program, offering veterans access to employment services, counseling, and VA benefits, enhancing your support for veteran employees. (More info at 211oh.org)

Presented by: Mark Donory 

Mark Dorony is a Program Manager for United Way of Geauga County. He manages the Aging and Disability Resource Center and the Bridges@Work programs and also coordinates community investments in Geauga County. Prior to his work in Geauga County, Mark was a Financial Operations Manager for Cuyahoga County’s Office of Child Support. He and his wife live in Hudson. They have two boys currently in college.
